During checkout, the carrier selected depends on the shipping location and size of consignment. We’ll include carrier tracking information in your order email confirmation.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

  • Countertop Basins – free shipping in Australia. Please contact us for all other regions.
  • Wall Hung Basins – free shipping in Australia. Please contact us for all other regions.
  • Freestanding Basins – rate calculated at checkout on all Australian orders. Please contact us for all other regions.
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All Maark products are individually hand crafted, so allow 4-weeks until shipped.

Shipping times are dependent on the delivery location and the delivery partner selected. As a general rule, allow 3-7 working days for most Australian orders. 

Orders are delivered Monday – Friday, except for public holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.

Orders can’t be delivered to PO boxes. Orders can’t be delivered to addresses outside of Australia through the normal checkout process.  Please contact Maark directly for international orders. 

WHAT IS MAARK’S RETURNS POLICY?

We design our bathroom products to perform exceptionally well, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered.  Please contact the Maark team directly if you have any concerns.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

We stand behind all our bathroom products whether used for residential or commercial purposes. If your Maark product has a material or workmanship fault, we want to make it right.

The period of the Warranty is 1 year labour and 10 years replacement of product. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase from a Maark distributor or, date of handover for new buildings. Please refer to the section below for more information.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Should goods arrive at the premises in a broken state, do not accept the delivery and advise the driver to return to sender.

Following acceptance of delivery, items should be immediately inspected inside and outside of package.  Any damage identified must be reported by e-mail within 5-working-days from receipt of the goods and prior to installation.  We recommend keeping the packaging in which the goods are received. Should the goods have been damaged during the transport, we require photographic documentation of the damaged product and its packaging.  Provide at least 2 photographs of the external packaging and the internal contents.

Once installation is made, your ability to return or refund a damaged item becomes void.

CHANGE OF MIND

As all our products are made to order in terms of your colour selection. Maark does not offer returns or refunds based on change of mind, colour variation or naturally occurring characteristics in the concrete, steel or timber materials.

MATERIAL REPRESENTATION

Actual colour and material variations will appear different on screen and in catalogues. Although we aim to represent these characteristics through Maark’s marketing collateral, we suggest obtaining material swatches or viewing in person to ensure it meets your expectations. 

AUTHORISED RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if authorised by Maark. A Maark representative will work directly with you to process an authorised return.
